Our mindfulness training program teaches different meditation styles and basics for the attendee to discover the best fit for them to incorporate into their daily routine.  We teach meditation basics, different meditation styles, breathwork exercises, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and more skills to cope with stress, pain and the challenges of everyday life with ease and grace.
